Day of Dance IX

Saturday, March 31

Canton of Porte de l’Eau

Tier 1

The Canton of Porte de l’Eau invites you to its ninth annual Day of Dance, to be held on Saturday, March 31. Ladies and gentlemen of all levels of dancing experience are invited to come. New and old dances will be taught. The site will open at noon, and dance instruction will begin at 1pm. There will be a dinner break at 5pm (information about nearby restaurants will be available on site) and the ball will begin at 7pm. The site will close at 10pm.

Our instructors will be Luciana Fleuriet, Sara de Bonneville, and Trahaearn ap Ieuan. Laurencia de Saint Germain will again be leading our wonderful musicians. Here’s a preview of the site handout describing the dances we’ll be teaching and doing at the event.

Children are welcome; if they’re not interested in dancing yet, we’ll have a special play area in the side room. There will also be games. Their Excellencies Timothy and Tierzah will be holding a court in the evening; among other business, they will present the Canton’s Porte Chalice award.
